- How the periodic boundaries can be applied in Y direction?
- Please show calculations of the equilibrium distance between particles. Why it can't be in the range from 0 to R?
- Please give the values of the calculation parameters in a form of table: quantity-value-unit. The table should alow anybody to do the same computer experiment again.
- What about using particles with different radii?
